Retention. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: contact-form messages for up to 24 months after our last communication with you; newsletter details until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; and technical and analytics data for up to 14 months. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the competent authority of a personal data breach where the law requires.

5. Who We Share Your Data With, and Disclosure Outside Your Country

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf under written agreements, such as website hosting, email and form-delivery, and analytics providers;
  • Third-party game providers whose games are embedded in the Site (see section 2);
  • Authorities, courts or professional advisers, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Overseas disclosure. HO Media & Holding is established in Estonia, and we aim to process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).
